Our Approach
At Ready Set Grow, we believe curriculum isn’t just a plan—it’s alive in every moment. It grows from daily routines, hands-on experiences, and the meaningful interactions between children and educators. Learning unfolds naturally through play, connection, and the thoughtful environments we create together. Educators take on roles of co-researcher, co-learner and co-imaginer of possibilities throughout their daily experiences.

I was born and raised in Medicine Hat, and it’s still the place I proudly call home. My husband and I are raising our two children here, and I’m deeply committed to helping our community grow and thrive. For the past 12 years, I’ve worked in the child care field—exploring a variety of pedagogies and learning from every child, family, and educator I’ve had the privilege to work with.
Along the way, I’ve grown as a leader and nurtured a dream that’s been close to my heart: opening a child care centre of my own. Now, that dream is coming to life—and I couldn’t be more excited to create a space where children feel safe, families feel supported, and our community feels connected.

I’ve found so much joy building a life here in Medicine Hat with my husband and our two young children. For over 11 years, I’ve worked in the child care field—supporting children with exceptional needs, leading teams, and learning from every little moment along the way.
I believe in the power of play, the importance of belonging, and the beauty of watching children grow into themselves. That belief has grown into a dream: to create a centre of my own. A place that feels like home. Where families are truly seen, educators are celebrated, and children are free to explore, wonder, and thrive.
